Senior Health & Wellness Program at The Double Dragon Institute

This special section of The Double Dragon Institute is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of our senior community.

Led by Sensei Dr. Delia DeBuc, Ph.D., a distinguished Fulbright Scholar, entrepreneur, and former Research Associate Professor at the University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute for over 22 years, our organization seamlessly integrates scientific innovation with the discipline and philosophy of martial arts. Committed to education, leadership, and community impact, we strive to empower individuals through cutting-edge research, technology, and martial arts principles. 

Our Senior Health & Wellness Program runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, offering a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.

We look forward to helping you stay healthy, active, and engaged!


Karate-do isn’t just about self-defense—it’s a lifelong journey of movement, mindfulness, and well-being. Our Golden Age Karate sessions are designed specifically for seniors who want to stay active, improve flexibility, and enjoy the health benefits of slow, flowing martial arts.
