Fees are due every January but can be paid any time during the year if you forget.

These fees help Hanshi cover the cost of the home page and other expenses you enjoy as students of the Double Dragon Institute .
Hanshi has made these fees none mandatory and it is entirely up to you if you wish to pay them.
